Today, November 1, is Stress Awareness Day. In honor of this day let’s take a look at five ways you can take care of YOU today, and every single day.

1. Take a digital break, once a month for an entire weekend.

    • Recharge and refuel, perhaps even going where there is no service.

2. Exercise. Studies say that exercising releases endorphins which releases positive feelings to your mind.

5. Relax Your Muscles.

  • Salt Bath
  • Get a good night sleep.
  • Yoga
  • Stretching
