Randy Rafter is the president of Saint Louis Black Pride, the nation’s second oldest Black Pride organization in the country. Through his work, Randy and the Saint Louis Black Pride Committee have made it their mission to address issues in the community, build relationships and partnerships, and advocating for justice and equality.
Randy has sat on the Board of the LGBT Center of St. Louis. He has also been the Regional Chairman for the NAACP Youth & College Division, a national trainer for the Boys and Girls Club of America, and participates in the LGBT Leadership Round-Table in St. Louis.
A wonderful leader in the community, Randy has taken the initiative of Saint Louis Black Pride and taken it several steps forward from “a moment, to a movement.” We are thankful for everything he has done and continues to do.
