Suzy Day is the Director of Outreach and Advocacy at Missouri Family Health Council. She was a Coordinator at the Women’s Center at Mizzou where she was the Love Your Body Campus-Wide Committee Chair and the Women’s History Month Campus-Wide Committee Co-Chair.

Suzy has received several awards. In 2014, Suzy was nominated to join the University of Missouri’s Griffith’s Leadership Society, she was selected to receive the Chancellor’s Status of Women Committee Award in 2013, and in 2011 Vox Magazine listed Suzy as one of the Top 30 Under 30.

Suzy was also accepted into the Gloria Steinem Leadership Institute.

Mid-Missouri is lucky to have an activist like Suzy Day. She has done so much for the community and the University of Missouri.
