LGBTQ Missourians need to be protected from discrimination. The Missouri Nondiscrimination Act (MONA)would add sexual orientation and gender identity to Missouri’s Human Rights Act, which currently prohibits discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodations for other protected categories, including race, sex, and national origin.
There are two versions of the Missouri Nondiscrimination Act in 2021, Sen. Razer’s SB 81 in the Senate and Rep. Hannegan’s HB 275 in the House.
Tell your elected officials to pass the Missouri Nondiscrimination Act this session so that all Missourians are protected.
